About the Plan4Poppleton

As the Parishes of Nether and Upper Poppleton we are going to submit a Neighbourhood Plan to the City of York Council to try to maintain the village atmosphere and green spaces that we so enjoy. This plan will inform the City of how the residents of Poppleton want the area to look like for the next 20 years.
